Creative Director

As our Performance-Driven Creative Director, you will lead the vision and execution of conversion-first digital experiences that don’t just look good — they perform.

You’ll collaborate closely with our team of designers, developers, and paid media specialists to transform brands into movements — using data, user insights, and emotional storytelling to drive real business results.

  • Turn data into design direction: Use A/B testing, heatmaps, funnel analytics, and user insights to drive every creative decision.
  • Own CRO strategy: Lead and optimize conversion rate performance across landing pages, funnels, and ad creatives, always balancing data-driven decisions with emotional storytelling.
  • Maximize performance without sacrificing story: Every optimization should feel natural, human, and brand-aligned — not just mechanical.
  • Collaborate with creatives to build scroll-stopping visuals, messaging, and UX.
  • Elevate every asset to pixel-perfection—no templates, no fluff.

Must-Haves

  • 3+ years of experience in CRO with strong creative input.
  • Work experience in a digital marketing (advertising) agency.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, IT, or a relevant field.
  • Excellent written and spoken English skills at a professional level.
  • Strong knowledge of A/B testing, heatmaps, and funnel optimization.
  • Experience with Google Ads & Meta Ads optimization.
  • Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Hotjar, Crazy Egg, VWO, or similar.
  • Experience collaborating with designers, developers, and ad specialists.

Bonus Points:

  • Experience leveraging AI for content and design enhancement.
  • Knowledge of email marketing CRO.
