1. Is it possible to include customized form fields in the Registration Form?

You can add custom fields to the registration form but it has to be done with custom code. We don’t have a graphic, user interface for doing it. We do have a detailed tutorial on how to add the code though

 

2. In the Recurring Payments module, is it possible to collect the payments on the below 3 values

a. Deposit Fee collection date: need to collect on the registration date
b. Payment date for the first month
c. Payment date from the second month onwards (different from the first month date)

We don’t have an option to set specific dates/schedules for payments. You can configure a signup fee, a normal fee, and a duration. So you might have a signup fee of $50, a normal fee of $10, and a duration of 1 month. This means the normal price is $10 per month, but the very first amount will have an additional $50. When the user first registers they’ll pay $60 (normal fee + signup fee), then the next month after that they’ll pay $10, and the next month after that they’ll pay $10 again. Recurring payments happen exactly 1 month after the initial signup date. We don’t have a way to force recurring payments to be on the first of each month, or similar.

 

3. Can the plugin calculate pro-rata based fee for the first month of membership?

It sounds like you are wanting to schedule payments to come out on the first month? Since we don’t support that, we don’t have an option to prorate payments that come in for the middle of the month. The only pro-rata we support is during upgrades and downgrades.

 

4. Can the plugin carry-over the fee to the next month during an upgrade or downgrade of the plan?

If a user upgrades, then the plugin calculates how much time is left on their current plan and applies this as credit to the upgrade payment. The upgrade payment (first payment only) is then discounted by this amount.

 

5. Can we send the invoice (both automatic and / or manual) using this plugin?

We don’t have a way to manually send invoices. The plugin sends receipts whenever a new payment comes in. So invoices are not sent ahead of payment being due; instead a type of receipt is sent after the payment is made as a record of that payment.

 

6. Can we see the Payment History within the plugin itself?

Yes the plugin has payment history available. You can view a clear list of all payments that have been made, and on each user’s “Edit Member” page there is a list of that individual member’s payments.

 

7. Do you integrate with WHMCS?

We don’t have a WHMCS integration – sorry!

 

8. Do you integrate with Quickbooks Online or Freshbooks? What are the fees?

We do not have a Quickbooks or Freshbooks integration.

 

9. Are there any price discounts for NPO’s?

We are happy to provide a 15% discount if you can provide us with evidence of your NPO status.

 

10. Do you offer automated invoicing and reporting?

As I mentioned previously, we don’t send out invoices ahead of payment due dates. We sent out receipts of transactions. This does happen automatically though. Restrict Content Pro also has some reporting features available, which you can read about here:

Yes, we do support custom fields: Configuring the Fields tab

You can use a trial period to collect a different amount up-front than what is billed each cycle following. The dates of the billing cannot be changed though.

No. It does pro-rate upgrades and downgrades between membership plans.

MemberPress sends out a receipt email. It does not handle invoices.

No, unfortunately as we are dependant on codecanyon so such discount is not possible.

Invoices will be generated automatically. However, as I said, it can’t email to users.

Also apart from that any custom service you need we can do it for hourly basis or fixed project fees basis.
