We are looking for:

A new, full-time remote team member who is a very passionate, talented, and experienced Human Resource Administrator looking for a new career with a well-established Canadian digital web agency.
We are looking for someone with an HR administration background who understands the need for all HR activities to run smoothly, efficiently, and correctly. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a variety of HR and administrative tasks, including employee onboarding, recruitment, quarterly reviews, payroll, and employee accounting.

What will you do:


  • Manage Full Cycle recruitment, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and selection of candidates.
  • Handle HR administration duties, such as maintain personnel files, drafting, employee contracts and updating HR policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate employee on-boarding, including new hire paperwork, orientation, and training.
  • Conduct quarterly reviews with employees and support managers in creating and implementing development plans and KPIs.
  • Process Payroll accurately and in a timely manner enduring compliance with relevant regulations and company policies
  • Maintain accurate and up-to date records and documentation related to HR.
  • Responding to employee inquiries related to HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
  • Ensuring compliance with all HR-related laws and regulations.
  • Create Standard Operating Procedures, documentation, and training materials.
  • Following up with clients on outstanding funds.
  • Eager to help in various virtual assistant tasks.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelors and/or Masters Degree in HR field is required.
  • Excellent Oral Communication skills in English.
  • Excellent written English.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Strong mathematical skills.
  • Strong data analysis skills.
  • Experience in digital marketing is a big plus.


  • Must be very tech savvy and quick in learning new software.
  • Proficient in MS Office.


  • A workspace free of distraction. This job is for someone who enjoys working from home or a coworking space vs a "digital nomad" who is often moving around, which has proven to be very distracting and inefficient.
  • A download speed of at least 30 Mbps and an upload speed of at least 10 Mbps

Work Timings:

  • Able to provide at least 5 hours of overlap with the 9 am-5 pm EST workday (Monday - Friday). With 1-2 days a week to work at your own schedule.
  • Weekends are also optional for additional income.
